since the temperature are getting colder here in canada, i've been noticing that my idle would drop from 1700 to around 400 after the car is started, after the drop it would idle normally from 1700 and slowly decreasing as the car warms up.
i'm wondering if anyone knows why there is an initial drop in idle. This problem only happens on colder days when the cars been sitting out overnight with temperatures of around 5 degrees Celsius. Any help is greatly appreciated.
