Hey guy i was wondering if its the alternator that gives me this problem. the problem is when i open or close a window the lights inside my car seems to go dimmer and i think its because the alternator is weak and needs to be replace i'm not sure about it and i don't want to go ahead and replace it yet. can some body tell me if i'm right or wrong and what i have to do to fix this?

all you have to do is get a tester, i belive its called a load tester and check what your alternator is charging at. Or just take a volt meter and see if your alternator is properly charging your system at like 14.4 volts.To have loved and lost is better than to have never loved at all #CB7Life -
where do i place the positive and ground from the volt meter to test the alternator.
im not sure if i had a bad battery or alt. but randomly the battery ligt would flicker. only happened twice,but i took it to autozone anyways, since thats where i bought th battery. tester said, recharge and retest... said it could be bad, so they just gave me a new one... free of course.
