    bout to change the clutch

I was told that I had to drop the whole motor to get the clutch out? 91 EX F22B1, or do I just need to drop the motor mount on the passenger side?

Drop the passenger side mount, Take that stabilizer bar off and whatever else you need to take out the trans or to give you room.

Remember to get the release bearing from honda if you are not getting the clutch kit from them. Also don't forget to grease the tranny shaft, the inside and front of the release bearing, and the release fork. But yeah just loosen up the passenger side mount and probably the front one also thats how i did it. Good luck and remember do it right the first time so you don't have to do it all over again like i did. The best lessons you learn are the one's you have to pay for.

72 bucks last time i check but its worth it. Imagine driving and you about to switch gears but the clutch will not engage all the way. So your engine is just reving but the car is not moving. It happen to me i was stranded on a hill for like an hour. But eventualy it worked and i made it home safe.

if its a kit, then yes it will come with one. however many people agree that using an oem honda one is the way to go with such a crucial part. also, some kits like Exedy which make the oem clutch, come with the exact same T/O bearing.

                    + 1

an engine hoist also makes the job easier holding the tranny up to line up.

Yes it does but many people suggest gitting one from honda cause its the safe way to go.

Clutch kits do come with the throw-out bearing.

I used the one that came with my XTD kit. 30k miles later, still no problems.

I'd go with OEM tho. I'm scared of it going out.

Rear main is always a good seal to replace with trans off. Whats a clutch sleeve?
