It about time i do a tune up on my car. I was wondering who makes the best spark plugs and wires for my F22. I have a Cold air intake and Cat back exhuast. I want good spark plugs that will give me more power not stock.

The OEM NGK V-powers are an easy choice and cheap at ~$1.5 US each. I normally replace them a little before the recommended 30k miles. Great performance and value.
I just switched to the NGK Iridium IX at $7 each. More money, but should last about three times longer (for me, I'll likely never have to touch the plugs again). Don't notice any difference yet, but the V-powers were still OK and its only been a few hundred miles.
The NGK platinums are $10 at the Pepboys near me.
I usually see NGK and OEM wires for around $60 new. FWIW, I have the Beldin wires (OEM IIRC), with about 100,000 miles and they're still good in all aspects I can measure.Last edited by Otto; 09-16-2007, 10:22 PM.Opal Metallic Green '92 LX 2dr manual, 181k miles, '94 prelude VTEC wheels for summer (steelies with snow tires for winter), Omni-power struts/springs, and other junk
