When I did my swap I took some pictures of the T/O bearings for comparison purposes. I ended up going with an ACT clutch and pressure plate as well as TO bearing and this is why.
I bought an OEM T/O bearing thinking it would be the best for the clutch I bought. As it turns out it was rather flimsy and came apart with just a quick pull. The ACT bearing didn't come apart with a pull and it actually looked sturdier in design than the one from the dealer.
After removing the original bearing from the tranny, it turns out it was very similar if not the same in comparison with the ACT bearing. Here are some pics of the bearings.
