im thinking about manually swiching my radiator fan due to the fact our cb7 run hot most of the time even when everything is fine so do you guys think that its forth awhile doing a project like this?

That's actually a good idea since itll keep the radiator ventilated when you want it. Its not that hard to do either. I say go for it.

I say just leave it how it is. However I did wire my condensor fan to a switch because I removed the A/C. But I had slim fans, so it helped the radiator...
The fan also stays on sometimes when you shut off the car, if you wire it to a switch you either have to wait outside while you leave the car cooling down, or risk the chance of the radiator getting hot with the fan off.Comment
