5sp tranny need help fast

hello guys ,
ive just discoverd a problem today .. while i was on the highway i shifted my gears like normal at regular rpm, as i changed to the 5th gear everything was allright , but after a few seconds in 5th it went into neutral .. since then it always does that , i can only stay in 5th gear for a few seconds and it jumps in neutral .. whats going on?

its popping out of gear...sorry I don't have 5 speed experience, but maybe someone else can pop in

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?

Well, I never did it on a CB, but when I did my sisters civic, it was behind the pass. side wheel
