h23 broke part

Hey I'm in a very slow and painful process of buying parts for an h23 head swap...I got the head a while back, and I was checking it out a couple seconds a go when I discovered this!

The "spout" on the left looks like a coolant line...and I have no idea what the "spout" on the right is. Both are all bent outta shape. Just wondering how much it'd be to replace them, how hard, and how much

The one on the right is a sensor, those are like pretty cheap, you can get them from any accord in the junkyard, or just take the one off your stock head when you do the swap. As for the heater hose port on the left, just try to round it back out with a pair of pliers, shouldn't be a big deal at all.
