Window motor help

Hey Guys
my left pass. side window motor died, so i went to the junkyard and found one, it was a bit bent/crooked, but i didnt care. got home at night and installed it
the window would go up and down, but crooked., also it was in the door crooked when it went down. so i pulled it out and straightened it a bit. put it back. it goes up and down fine now, but its REALLY tight going up. like somethins against it. so i want to know what i could do too "loosen it up" a bit

I had the same issue with my drivers side. The trim panel that is black on the door, pull the rubber track out a bit in the corner and unscrew the top bolt that holds it in there and you will see a difference, at least I did Also it might not be a bad idea to replace the run channel for that door since you did all that work already.
