any one know how to make this cable how to connect the red white and black wire to what ever would make it connect to a usb cable I live right by tiger direct so I can just pick up a few cables and solder some stuff together but not sure how to make the rom audio side to the female usb side?

In the future, please make a more descriptive title. There may be some users on this board that don't want to waste their time with someone that won't even help themselves. In fact most of the ECU tuners who you're calling out to openly say they won't.
