My p06 wont work

My friend chipped my p06 that i am going to be using for my turbo setup in my 91 accord and the thing wont start the car at all the weird thing is we tried it in a 94 integra and it worked in that and also in my friends 92 accord so whats the deal with it if anyone knos it would be great i am currently using a p07 just to start the car up.

Open it back up...and check the solders ( all the points )....check to see if anything burnt up

we already did that also so we dont kno whats up with it and this isnt the first ecu he has chipped if your familar with hmt his user name is shanerv he has done numerous ones

you sure you checked ALL the pins for breakage in the solders??????????????????????????????????????????? ??

yes we did and if there was breeakage would it still start other cars

Do you have a basemap on the Chip ? The P06 wont start the CB7 without a basemap already on the chip
