To me I kinda find it hard to have a push start on cb if the steering wheel has a lock on it. Whats the point of putting the key in then push the button to start it. Might as well turn it on regularly with your key then using to things to start the car.

i didnt want a push start button....i jus wanted sumthing like how u would have to push a button before you turn ur key to start the car...cuz ordinary ppl wouldnt expect to push a button before you turn the key to start...they would usually jus step on the clutch n start teh car...(manual tran)

Thats how Phempa's old car was. You put the key in the ignition and you push a button to get it to start. Its pretty cool, and nobody could steal his car (except for potentially his friends). BTW his push button was his cigarette lighter haha it was pretty cool

are you high? using that logic why not just put a big "free car" sign on your windshield and leave the keys in it. i mean a good theif is going to get it anyway ... of course if someone really wants the car they will just tow it. however for the 15 year old that just want to joy ride the cheap push button starter kill will possibly keep him from swiping it.

i agree. but my statement was geared towards those who are worried about serious theifs. stealing a car is fucking easy and those who know how will get it easily, im not talking about towing either, 3 or 4 screws and the steering column trim is off, break that shit hot wire the car and your gone, if you were good you could enough get harness's to make it quick and easy.

just like alarms push button hidden switches to start the car are just a prevention. it does help, but in the end people are gonna get your car either way.
