carbon build up in spark plug tube

i was changing my spark plugs the other day and i looked in the spark plug tube and saw some carbon build up. then when i to take the spark plug out it was turning but it was hard to turn the spark plug.

does anyone know what is wrong with that? do i have to replace the head?

maybe oil is getting into the tube via rocker arm seals.

the plug will come out but its justhard to get out. all the others come out like they're supposed to. its just that one plug thats trouble getting out.

and its not burnt oil. i can tell the differance between burnt oil and carbon build up. but thanx for the suggestion tho
