    no start after swap

I just put an f22a1 in my old 90 cb7 cuz i had a shell and a motor and i need some money anywho when i go to turn the key click and nothing
battery is good reading good voltage starter is good just had that taken off and checked at autozone cluch safety swicth is working all fuses are good main relay is fine as far as i know
For some reason the ecu is not getting enough voltage the reason i think this is because the battery oil and engine light are really really faint they dont come on at all when i have the key on but when i try to turn it over i get the click and then the lights are just barely on the seatbelt light is blinking clear as day with all my acc on the lights the fans hazords everything else has plenty of juice but no start

I want this car gone i need the money for my girls ring but i cant sell it if it dont start any help or suggestions would be greatly appericiated

In the mean time while im waiting to hear back im going to redo some grounds

    thanks

Make sure all grounds are connected.

    Main ones:
    -t-stat
    -tranny
    -from battery to chassis
    -starter

Also, make sure the terminals are on nice and tight on the battery.
