Troubles starting car while it's warm

Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes before my car starts, this happens usually while the car is still warm after driving it. When I go to try and start it, it feels like it's not getting enough fuel. Once it does start the idle is really low and I have to keep giving it gas so it doesnt stall then it finally settles. I dont think it's my IACV because I checked that last year, but it's possible I guess, but what about my main relay, could it be that? I have never changed my main relay. Main symptoms: Wont start after while the engine is still warm, idles low after it does start.
My car is getting tuned Sunday so I wonder if that might help because it might have something to do with the air/fuel ratio, but I have had this problem before boosting the car so I dont think it is that.

    sounds like the main relay.

you could resoilder the joints as seen here:
    http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...ght=main+relay

or buy another from the dealership for about $45

another thread with the same issue:
