Lately, within the past 2-3 months, I've noticed when I checked/ look at the bottom of my spark plugs, #'s 2,3,4 were covered in oil, up to about half way up the thread of them. What's the problem?

Well, I just did my timing belt and WP. In the process, I changed the upper ones, because they came with the package, and the old ones were shot. Imma replace the plugs and see if that solved the problems. While I'm at it, name everything, if possible ( if y'all don't mind), that I should do for a 100,000 mile tune-up. Thanks. The Lord watches over me!
