problem is... now i have to push the clutch all the way down to change gears and its harder to put it in gear, sometimes it'll go in smooth. and u know how there's a gap on the pedal to when u push down and get pressure to change gears, well its more of a gap now to get pressure on the pedal. what y'all think? .....slave cylinder? TO bearing? etc.?...

Pray you did not do damage to the trans shifting...Did you not push the clutch down all the way before??? Check fluid levels in the MC. Look for leaks around the slave.
any other suggestions than sychros that i need to keep in mind? fluids fine!Project M3 - http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=157903

Your slave usually causes shifting issues.
