new dizzy, new msd coil, still no spark

I just did an f22b dohc swap this weekend.

I go to start it up, nothing. It turns over, but I have no spark.

I get fuel(found out cus we forgot to tighten the fuel rail feed line).

We replaced the jdm internally coiled dizzy with an h23 externally coiled dizzy.

THen, we wire up the msd coil to the harness and no luck.

Since my f22a was running in alright condition, we swapped internals between the two, to make the h23 an internally coiled dizzy.

    We fired up, still nothing.

So, now I did the external conversion with the f22a internals on the h23 housing.

still nothing. We replaced the plug wires, new cap and rotor, new plugs

I do have one concern tho. THe main ground, the one that goes to the transmission is pretty much hanging on by like 9 strands of wires.

Would that cause a no spark situation? All accessories turn on. THe only problem is no spark.

We used the stock harness. All plugs are in correct places, firing order is correct. Even if it wasn't, there should be spark, but there isnt.

This is on a 91 accord lx, if you couldn't figure it out. lol

      here is the ground

Another thing, when we first went to start it up, that ground sparked a little.

I have no clue why a ground would spark/arc.
