Damn this is somewhat a little difficult. I had to leave my car at the dealership because I didn't finish by the time we closed. Me and my bright ideas. One question, if I take my timing belt off, and nothing is moved, can't I just slap on the new one and bolt everything back up?

Alright, I think I may have a problem. When I took my timing belt off following a DIY that didn't help very much, I now notice that my cam is at the TDC mark with the arrow pointing stright up, but I am not sure about my crank. The little key thing that is wedge onto I think the balance gear is not pointing stright up to this mark in another DIY I looked at. It is off slightly. About 30 degress off. Any advice? The Lord watches over me!

you still need to offset either the cam egar or all the other gears to set the tension on the belt. even with the tensioner all the way loose, it doesnt just "pop" back on.
if you work at the dealer, then why dont you use their resources? unless it is a non-honda but should still have old skool manuals or alldata system.
