rear ended a mini van car wont start

first off i wasnt tailgating. there were 2 dead stopped broken down cars in the lane and the person in front of me was not paying attention at all and slammed on his brakes right on the guys ass so how am i at fault? my brakes work fine and in dead stop traffic shit like that happens especially when people dont have all there brake lights but one. if i wanted you dicks to flame my thread i would of said so so how about if you dont have anything that relates to me getting my car fixed in this thread then F*ck off.

Any person in my book who sits on the rear of another car to "get them to go faster" is just as stupid as the dunk behind the wheel. So who is the idiot? I hope it's not a driver in a Accord!

and who said i was sitting on there rear bumper tryin to make dead stop traffic go faster? i was in fucking neutral coasting at like 10mph what happens when you slam on the brakes with a car that doesnt have abs?? gee lemme think OH OH you slide!!!! and in that case right into the mini vans back bumper

and why is it EVERY time its the person who rear ended the other person fault? i dont think every single time somebody rear ends somebody its there fault just because a law book states that, it doesnt matter. unless you were there and you witnessed my accident then SHHHH dont post on this thread and flame me

glad you got it working. just make sure everything else is ok as it might trip again. something shorted the power wire so make sure all your positive leads on the alternator and battery are COVERED!

ya my alt wire blew the fuse, fixed all the wiring nothin is grounding out. thanks for the help guys!

The dealership is the ONLY place you should go for your battery fuse. I've fixed my friends honda (civic) and it had a blown battery fuse. I know it's a civic but let me get my point across.

We went to autozone and got an 80 amp fuse but it turned out that it was the wrong kind, the prongs were straight down instead of out ward towards the sides. We tried bending the prongs outward but the fuse just broke. So we went to advanced auto and got one with the prongs out to the side. Got back and put it in. It didnt fit, the prongs were too long and the screw holes didn't match up.

Finally we went to the dealer. The fuse was between 8-15 bucks (not sure of exact $) but after 2 $7 fuses it would have saved a lot of trouble and cash if we just went to the dealer in the first place.

sweet thanks for the info, havent picked up a fuse yet so im gonna go to the dealership today and pick one up. well my grill was smashed so maybe its time to splurge on a chargespeed

Sorry I didn't mean to offend...I just was sitting at a red light once and the bastard slammed and ran. I had a heart attack and my life went upside down. All I know is that the lawyers told me most of what I posted.
Well enough of that...glad your car is ok!
