Any Suggestions on an O2 sensor?

does anybody have any recommendations on which o2 sensor to buy other than factory? cost is a big consideration. i have a ntk direct fit but it only lasted 1 1/2 years. universals vs. direct fit? bosch? any help is appreciated.

o2's genrally last around 10 years or so. so if your last one only lasted 1 1/2 yrs you may have problems with your car.

for an ex model they are a pain in the ass. because they are located under the car. for lx and dx models they are located where the 4 pipes become 1.(i think thats for lx dx models)

yeah i got that thing from auto zone too but it didn't help much.
i tried about 1 hour and no result.
so i went and got some liquid pernetrator and put it in. left it for about 20 min then i got that tool that u see in the pic with a pipe and i took that motherf**ker out.

Here at the shop we ONLY use NTK and Denso Sesnors, and I can't think of one that has EVER only lasted 1.5 years... You must have something wrong... Are you using larger injectors? Have you chipped the ECU? what mods do you have?

ended up fixing the problem with a bosch sensor. my car's engine is completely stock. i do have an autozone cat on there. when i heard the cat breaking up 1 1/2 years ago i replaced it and replaced the o2 sensor with the ntk. the ironic thing is that the honda sensor that was on there was fine, but i figured it had never been replaced and if i put a new ntk on it will probably never need replaced again. well, 1 1/2 years later it goes bad. they offer no warranty so i wish i never had replaced it in the first place. i have always used ngk plugs but i will never use an ntk sensor again.
