Spark plugs/tuning

so im getting my car tuned soon(finally)so what kinda plugs should I get for the tune,some cheap ones?

then after the tun put some NGKs or Densos?

or tune with the Good ones,and chage out with good ones ?

tune with good denso or ngk plugs and leave them in there.

The beginning of a new era............................
165 hp 149 ft. lb. torque sohc non vtec. then....
184 whp and 149 ft. lb. torque f20b stock now......

First off, What Engine setup do you have? That will determine what plugs you get.

my set up. h23 head on a f22ax block with cams.Despreate need of tune.

Im thinking of running NGKs.im gonna get two sets.fudge it.

Stock NGK will work just fine. If you wnat get the platinum.
