Moving to Vegas .. No Catalytic Converter?

Welp .. as I've not been here in awhile, I apologize, and hello again to those that know me!

I just realized that they smog check you in Vegas .. Clark County specifically, and ..
I remember a thread where someone stated that you could get someone in another county
to give you a smog check .. for errr, a lil unnnder the table money?

Whats up with that? Can anyone give me an address .. or uhh .. a #?
How about a modification to my 2 and half inch straight pipe, with 2 silencer's, and
my double tip Ractive muffer, with 3" tips?

What about a catback? How serious are the cops there about this?
I also realize .. ug .. a front license plate is mandatory .. grrr ..
Owell .. I can live with that I suppose .. however, in the meantime .. I'd really like to solve
this no catalytic converter issue ..

They're iffy on the exaust and front plate issue,just the other nite i was pulled over for havin modified exaust and after siting me he said to fix my front plate,so it depends on the cops but they can get you every time for the exaust

Nonetheless .. We're doin a timing belt on her on thursday .. and while we're at it,
I'ma have um throw an aftrmarket cat on .. It could suck for the loss of mileage maybe?
But .. it'll be done .. and I'll be able to feel better about it.
