It's not an easy procedure. My friend did mine last year when I wanted to replace my signal lever and he had to remove whole steering column. Basically the plastic part that's attached to your steering column has to come off, but it is a pain in the ass. Why are you wanting to do this anyway?Comment

because my signal lever is fucked up....it wont click to the right side and also when i signal nothing happens no signal no green arrows nothin..

Might not be the lever, turned out mine was a wire uner the steering column that was touching another wire which was causing all sorts of problems. When did this problem start happening? Mine started happening after we had to remove the dash including the steering column to change the heater core. The wire wasnt grounded properly and I bought a new lever but it was uselessComment

got it out!!!
i took off the whole steeringwheel 
i went to autozone and a brand new signal lever is $100... the junk yard is my best friend... the problem was i wasnt clicking left inside the lever was broken goin to junk yard tom morning...

Yup you should get a lever for about $25 and you might have to break to steering column to get it off quickerComment

Yes it is easy to take off the problem is taking the lever itself off. I remember last year I think when I was at the scrapyard looking for one, my friend had to basically break the steering wheel to get at the leverComment
