Can anyone tell me where to find the jumper to check the ECU codes on an 88 Accord LXI? We've been told it's blue and it's behind the passenger kick panel but we can't find it.

okay i think you have to remove the left side panel and the corner kick panel. Its a little jumper connector on the right side it might be tapered to the wall of the car on the bottom right near that area. its not all that hard to find. -
So its on the driver's side behind the kick panel? We've been told its on the passengers side and we've pulled the carpet back and looked all under the dash and down the right side and can't find it anywhere. Is it blue? We've been told to look for a blue connector but haven't found one.Comment

no bro my bad i should have been more precise its on the passengers side in the panel that is closest to the door under the dash on the right side near under the glove compartment. there should be a panel you have to take off maybe its behind it but it should be hanging there check it outComment

Thank you for your quick reply. Yeah, that's where we have looked and looked. There is no panel to take off and we have looked several time under there for it but just haven't found anything that looks like what we've been told to look for. I don't know what they did with it but it sure is frustrating.Comment
