Bad wheel bearing - symptoms?

^ Yup like I stated earlier...

not only is it DANGEROUS..but bad wheel bearings ....( cough )..( repeat ) "causing stress on other suspension parts due to it being loose...the other parts have to compensate for that wheel bearing being bad"......

DO NOT IGNORE suspension wear indications!

ball joints....wheel bearings...tie rods ends.....shock absorber fork ends....etc..etc...

you ignore those....and you're a glutton for an accident

Here is my quick priority list on suspension & brakes for CB7s, if you must be budget-oriented (otherwise, replace all necessary). Note, some priorities are of equal importance.:

1) ANY ball-joint, replace ALL that are bad

1) ANYTHING brake-related that causes brakes not to work properly

2) front radius rod bushings

2) front lower control arm bushings

3) rear lower control arm bushings

3) rear trailing arm bushings

4) front sway bar end-links

5) front & rear wheel bearings

6) front & rear shocks & respective bushings

7) front & rear coil springs

8) rear sway bar end-links

I also need new wheel bearings I was thinking about getting these CLICK HERE . But here's my problem, I have an EX which has ABS but I had it converted to a 5speed and my 5 speed swap came with out ABS axles so im running without the ABS and it runs fine, the bearing and hub package says it doesnt work with ABS accord, will I be able to use that package?

The ABS axle's are the same thing as the non abs. All it has extra is a ring around the outer end that the abs sensor picks up when the brakes are locking up.

i thought all that was needed for the ROH was the 2.3 Cl hub assymbly. I didnt kow you had to buy the wheel bearing for the accord. I thought the 2.3CL came with one already. Hey hondafan81 you got pm

I mean exactly what I said. Seems like some need a clarification on the names of parts and what they are.

hub w/wheel studs - hub is the mounting surface for the wheel/rim, usually comes with wheel studs

wheel bearing - just the bearing itself, nothing more

wheel bearing assembly - on our 90-93 it is a wheel bearing assembly because there is a flange integrated with the wheel bearing, the flange allows connection to the knuckle assembly

hub/wheel bearing assembly - the hub (usually with wheel studs) and wheel bearing together, which is why it is an assembly
