Nice. You're grabbing TB cleaner I assume? Or have grabbed. I felt unsure using carb cleaner, but others use it.

OK... After a few clean'z I think it works a lil better..... I don't have the I idle drop off anymore. It holds around 900 now... I got to thinking about my fuel too..... when I was down south I ran 93 from BP. Now that I'm back in DSM with my ride I was put'n in 89 from Come & Go..... Well, I cant find any 93 right now, so I got 92..... I have not had the ride cut off yet, bogg, or act up.... I do think its the gas..... But for the most part my lil test drive went well.... I plan to do a day time test drive in the heat.... Hope I don't have any issues......Comment

If it's still idleling irratically then it's also a possible vacuum leak. If the FIV and the IACV are alright, then definetly check the ignition system, could be the distributor, cap/rotor that has gone. My car is starting the same thing, idleling really low until it it stalls, it doesnt do it all the time, but I know it's not a vacuum leak or the two valves mentionned above, so I'm pretty sure it's either the o2 sending a wrong signal or my ignition system.Comment

Man what the hell... The whip is still act'n up.... I'm going to buy a new fuel pump in the AM.... There is something telling me its the damn fuel pump....

keep us updated meng, i measured my fuel pump pressure and it was at 27psi...alldata, chilton say that 40 is minimum and haynes says 30 is minimum.
the car runs a bit weak and its slowly getting harder to start from cold.
still whines and the main relay is good.Comment
