Fuck, I'm in the same situation. I stripped the head on the last head bolt on my f22b dohc.

I was thinking of buying that extractor set, but after hearing from you, i duno.

Does that tool have a 3/8" drive or 1/2"? How did it not work, what happened?
The kit i bought is metric.
The Irwin kit 14mm socket kept stripping the bolt head worst than what it was be4. I might have to go to sears and buy the other bolt grip kit that comes w/the 13mm socket.

Thats what my friend did with mine and it started spinnin off with like barely a couple centimeters lol.

EDIT: hear are the remains of mine.

thanks for the image, i might do what you did in the pic if the 13mm bolt grip don't work.

Yea be sure to cover the galleys with shop towels to prevent metal going into it. Its also nice to have a stable hand. You just need to drill all the way down till the washer is basically gone. We used chisels/drills lol took quite a while. But after that it started spinnin a bit so my buddy just took the magnet and spun it out lol. The plan was to knock the washer off pull the head off, weld something to head bolt, break it off but apparently didnt need to. guess the vibrations shook it hella loose.

          Opinion(s)

Since this incident happen w/me strip bolt head. I MIGHT get a blown jdm h22 engine (throw a rod). I will do the same plans that i was intending to do. H23 VTAK. But, it will be a h22 w/ JDM type s 11.1 w/ h23a1 rods and crankshaft.

          (current setup)
          97 h22 head type sh
          88Bore (mm)
          JDM Type S Piston 88mm
          95 Stroke (mm)
          53.8 Dome (cc)
HG 0.034 Thickness (in) or thicker HG then my CR will go down
          7800 RPM
          12.10.1:1 COMP RATIO
          2311.2 cc Displacement
This Motor will be going into my 93 accord auto wagon

(possible setup same compression but different block)
          95 JDM h22 engine, JDM Type S piston 88mm, 95 Stroke

(any suggestions are welcome, also, if i go w/the 2nd setup i will be parting out 1st setup)

          Jah Bless

would like to get this done by july/august. need to stop puttin too much mileage on my FG2

i did the same thing...i used a dremel with a grinding stone...i dremeled the head of the bolt way down then just tapped it with a hammer and punch right in the center and the rest of the bolt head/washer just popped off...didnt damage any of the area around it...it takes like three grinding stones...took me about an hour to do it...oh and this is just for one bolt...i dont know if you mentioned throughout if it was all of them or just a couple...but yeah its a bitch to get the head bolts off i stripped 5 14mm six point sockets...and then i got an impact socket and stripped the head of the last bolt...
