    Idle prob still

ok heres the deal i still havent fixed my idle problem ive cleaned out my iacv with a full can of carb cleaner, checked all the wireing and vacuum hoses, the coolant if at a level it should be at. and when i tried my PT3 ecu it idled normally untill i slightly tapped the gas then it jumped to 3k i mean i just barly rested my foot on the gas and it did that and i still have vtec oh and it throws the iacv code
    now for the symptems:

    idle surging between 1375-1425
car jerks when i take my foot off the gas and put it back on but only under 50mph anything over it doesnt jerk
and when i start it up when its cold if it revvs past 2k i can hear the iacv click loudly and the car dies unles i tap the gas then itll still run but itll surge
when iu unplug the iacv it still surges

ok i know most of you are gonna say its the iacv but i just wanna be 100% sure that its that b4 i shell out the money for a new one only to have it not idle right still...so waddya guy say? thansk in advanced

one more thing when i put my thumb over the port hole in the TB should it the enigne be at NOT whe i try casue i tried it when it was cold and the engine died
