    Intake question

I just got my SR intake in the mail and they sent me no instructions!!! So I wanted to know what the hole in the pipe is for? not the hole to connect the tubes but theres a hole in front of where you connect your pipe to your throttle body. Do i need to plug this up or what? Thanks.

There should be 2 holes in an aftermarket intake for a CB7 with the F22. One is for a vacuum line that comes off the intake plenum, the other is for a metal pipe that comes off behind the #4 cylinder that connects directly into the stock intake. There should be a metal pipe that makes a 90 degree bend left. You'll need to pick up some hose for it and pick up some vacuum line for the other one while you're at it in case the old vacuum hoses are brittle or dry (and after 11-14 years they most likely will be).

    Hope that helps out some.
