    Car wont turn over

Just put the battery in my car tonight and started it up for the first time. Started up and ran fine, Then I switched it off, went to start it up again and got the click click from the starter motor which was due to a loose battery negative cable.

So I fixed that, but now when I turn the ignition to ON, the battery light and PGM light dont come on.
And when I put It round to START, the relays click on, but the starter wont turn over

If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.

make sure you're on your connections and while you at it, check your fuses
