hey guys i just took off my intake manifold for my h22 and i find there to be a light film of oil inside the runners and my gasket was soaked with it anybody know any possible reasons why?

i get oil in the hose that from the valve cover to the intake. do u have that hooked up or do u have a breather?

it's normal for a certain amount of oil to enter the intake manifold through the breather hoses. that's why some people install oil catch cans. later.Comment

i have a breather from the valve cover to intake pipe. could it be coming through the pvc valve?U dont work U dont eat
