    chirping/whistling noise from tire area

for like a week now ive been getting a whistling/chirping noise from my pass. side tire while driving.

it only happens at low to mid speeds and only if im pressing the gas pedal, stops once i hit the brakes.

what should i look at to fix......just got new rotors, brakes pad are 6-8 months old.

    could it be something sticking?

    thanks.

p.s.-daily driver accord, not the one that i just got started , for those that might say ah......i thought his car wasnt working

It could be pads. I replaced my pads less than 2 months and 3k miles ago and they're already squeaking/squealing/chirping/whilstling/mooing at me. As soon as I tap the brake, it disappears. I used the carbon semi metallic pads from AutoZone. When I have time, I'll pull mine apart to see what the deal is with the pads.

I had Midas put on my Napa ceramic pads, and they sqeak maybe like one day out of the month. I don't care.
