Wow...that's somethings else. I've never seen anything like that. I though the rest of the plug was inside the combustion chamber! Then I understood what happened. It separated it looks like. Crazy.
But yeah, try to get an Ez-out or other extractor in there.

Im more concerned about what was the cause of your dilemma. Once, my spark plug screwed itself out (most likely due to vibrations) and my car was firing on 3 cylinders. Not a fun time especially since I wasn't anywhere near home. But you say yours is broken? When's the last time u replaced your plugs?

      ...adjust accordingly

Gah the dreaded sparkplug in a cylinder problem.

When that happened to my truck a peice of the sparkplug ended up in the engine block....2,200 dollars later my truck was running again.

I vowed NEVER to let that shit slip, besides MotorCraft plugs SUCK.

it aint like i could drill a hole in it because its not a whole item, its the groove part thats stuck in there, like its a outer shell...i could see straight down to the piston (i think thats it)

u know .. i'm in class right now and was thinking about ur problem .. lol
.. if it's the outter shell that's stuck ... i was thinking maybe u can pack some quick steel in it, and lodge a flat head scredriver in the middle of it all, let it harden, then twist it out. That's with the hopes that the quick steel bonds itself to the spark plug groove thingy.

make sure there are no shavings in the combustion chamber... unless you were careful as you were using the pliers to turn the piece that was stuck...

glad to hear you got it out though! haha. never happened to me, but i can imagine what a bitch it would be[it WAS in your case]
