i was pulling out today to go to wallmart, and it started idling at 400rpm. i was like holy shit, its shaking bad. most of the threads i found the idle problem occurs around 1k. mines lower. what could be a problem?

Unplug the IACV and set idle to 550RPM +/- 50 RPM shut off the car plug in the IACV remove the backup fuse for 10 seconds then restart the car and see what happens. The idle screw is on the throttle body to the upper left of where the intake hose connects.1992 Accord LX CB9 149K Stock
