hey guys, Im working on a H23 hybrid, the car was running fine for 3 months but thenit died and has not been moved since. The problem is the car cranks ibut has no spark, and when I turn the key to Accessories, it imediately blows the 10 amp ECU fuse on the engine bay. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

almost similar to what happend to mine....mine was teh distributor, had the same symptoms other then the blown fuse. -
Well find what is shorting out to ground. Most likely got a bare wire somewhere touching bare metal of some sort.

thank...we changed the distributor already, and also changed the blown fuse to a 15 amp and it hasnt blown yet. Now we have spark... we'll check everything tomorrow (daylight) for loose wires or anything connected incorrectly.Comment

never up a fuse if its not ment to be that usually ends up leading to bad things later on check the wiring firstComment
