F22 Transmission LSD and final drive

So i appologize if this was already touched on, but i didn't see anything.

Anyways, i'm setting my car up for a drag application, i've got the h22, but with an f22 tranny, so the gears are really long, and no LSD.
so i was wondering how practical it is to add LSD, and change the final drive gear.
I don't know if they make em, but i haven't seen the final drive gears anyways, and install seems pretty time consuming.

so basically, am i better off just buying an m2b4 or something?

Thats what I've got to offer for the LSD.

As far as final drive issues, contact CircuitWorx, they offer a bunch of stuff for H series trans, and will do custom work. They might be your best bet.

Not sure why you would want the final drive from a H22 trans, seems sort of counter-intuitive to me.

Or do you mean, H22 1-4 with the F22 final drive? That is something I would like to see.

f22 tranny is wayy too long of gearing for me, 3rd gear will rev to 115, and i'm not getting anywhere near that in the quarter...

That's what I've always wanted to do. It'd be great acceleration with good fuel mileage.

Leave the final drive in the h22 play with the gearing in the trans.

Ahh I misread the post....Damn it reading > me hardcore. Anyway Just get an h23 trans. Best of both worlds IMO. There was another I heard of called like M2Z3 its a bit more broad geared but it has LSD in it. I need to recheck the code someone was running it. Gearing is slightly lower but yea.

I would leave the final drive along that shit can actually hurt you if your using a spool 5thgear. From what ive heard if you dont believe me and it also depends on if your boosted or allmotor which one will benefit you the most. But out of all that its positive that you should definitely get yourself a lsd transmission.
