Main relay, fixable or should get new one? (was fixed before)

I think my main relay is faulty, the car wont start, at all, i had this problem before but at least it would start eventually, but now it doesnt at all, the fuel pump is not "priming" so im pretty sure its the main relay, below is a pic of it, its got a lot of brown spots almost on every soldering point, i have re-soldered this before and it fixed the problem. However i think its back again, but this time its a different problem, same culprit. Should i buy a new one or re-solder? im gonna re-solder anyways but i think im better off getting a new one just incase, dont wanna get stuck anywhere. Thanks for any input, thanks!
