Find an open nipple on the mani and plug it up. Yes its for the secondaries on your IM.

There should be a small black box mounted under the intake manifold. Should be a hose or nipple somewhere on the box. That's what it should be attached to

That is the diaphragm for the IAB butterflies.

Hooking it directly to the IM is a waste of time. If you don't have a black box, I would just make sure there aren't any open vacuum ports on the intake manifold and leave that unhooked.

If you want to plug it in to a vacuum port, you can, but it won't do much.
