So I went back out to work on the car.

I woulda been done tonight but the fucking tranny wouldnt line up to the engine. Im pissed. The cars in the street. and yeah ive gotten nowhere

Nice pic's. You ain't gonna get it lined up by yourself with the engine up on the hoist like that. It is a bitch to do. Put the tranny on a floor jack and try to keep it level with the engine. Have someone help you if possible.

I just need the tranny on and it will be cake. Im back in RI. My car is like that picture above^^ on jack stands. Hopefully nooone steals anything in it (since doors are unlocked (locks dont work) and noone hits it again.

But yeah.

dan, if your around, would you wanna give me a hand? Ill prob come back weds.. or Sometime this comming weekend. I took my car for a spin around the block with the rod knock and OMG i miss the car. compared to the truck im SOO low.

dude.. the clutchplate is totally misalighned, theres no way u are going to get the tranny on. The clutch seems to worn out, so i'd buy a new one along with an alighnmenttool. then its just a matter of minutes for u to put the tranny on.
