replacing brake pads

im pretty sure you got it a little backwards when identifying the brand of calipers. the ones with triangles are nissin, but if i am wrong then im gonna say it doesnt matter which pads you get: ive got the 3 triangles and have been using pads made for nissin.

ya. ok well i guess it doesnt matter if you get pads for nissin and have akebono then. and glad this thread is still around? does anyone know which way to turn the piston to get it to go back in? ya i know dumb question. its just really hard to turn mine and i cant tell which way goes in. thanks for the help.
