Head Swap

Yes i was wanting to know if a head from a f22b1 will work on a f22a4 block and what head gasket set would i need to do this swap and will everything bolt up to the a4 intake and exhaust. Any help would be appriciated

what's the point of it ? they look like they are the same to me

he may have a warped head or bent some valves..
they are the same head.. replacement parts should be the same

Um... no. The intake and exhaust manifolds are different, and would require a bunch of work, including those new manifolds, to work. But the head GASKET is the same, and the head would bolt down on to the block just fine.

So the intake and the exhaust are different? And also i am doing this because my friend had a f22b2 with a good head and my a4 threw a timing belt and i had this head given to me
