good point deevergote. well i want all honda but the tensioners from honda are 200 bux. u think it be ok to get aftermarket tensioners or is there a test i can do to see if they are n e good.

Well, unless you're doing an auto to manual tensioner conversion on an h22, there's probably no need to replace them. As mrhonda said, they don't often go bad... and he's one I definitely trust! I would stick with what you have, or pay the $200 for the Honda parts. That's not something you want to cheap out on... and a good old OEM part may still be more reliable than a cheapie replacement, even if it is new!
