F22B1 cam suggestions

Ok my h23 vtec expierience didn't go so good since i have blown it up twice now and i am tired of rebuilding it and spending money on cranks bearings and turning them, oh and my torque wrench sucks. I have decided to build my f22b1 that was originally in my car. I am getting the crank turned, and new main and rod bearings and rings. So the bottom end will be stout. As for everything else:

Ported and polished head
Three angle valve grind
Head resurfaced
New valve guides and seals
H22 throttle body yeah my old one
RC550cc injectors
MSD sci ignition
New stock valves and springs
Stock head gasket
Spoon sports header
Apexi Vafc
Fidanza flywheel
UR underdrive pulley

Now my question is does anybody have a suggestion for a cam. I want high rpms but i don't want my car to stall when i take off from lack of torque. If anybody has suggestion or a cam that they want to sell let me know. I want to finish this thing by the weekend after thanks giving. lata

i know F22parts.com carrys a B1 vtec cam, not sure on the specs...

Also, since your working with a 5th generation motor, The Accord Store just might have a cam. i believe the site is taspro.com... dont hold me to that though.
