humming/vibration from front of the car

OK, i could have searched but i don't think anything woulda come up. Everytime i drive over 30 theres a lound (getting louder slowly) humming from what sounds like the wheel well. Theres vibration comming through and it gets a little worse when i turn to the left. No clicking, so not sure if its my CV or a tie rod. Any guesses?

might be your wheel bearings, how are those?

Maybe your wheel bearing? I had the same problem with my passenger rear...

Possibly just your tire(s) too, how new are they? Have they been balanced?

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

X2 , i got the same problem but turns out to be tires.

if the humming get louder when you speed up , its prolly the wheel bearings.

FTW??? yes it gets louder, but only slightly. I had one hub replaced last year, but not on the side the noise is from. My tires have been on the car for about 20,000 miles but the tread is fine and they should be completely balanced, plus theres no shimmy at all, just the humming and vibration when i turn.

might have bearings looked at if its not the tires/wheels

My Mom's car had a very loud humming from the front end.

One way to test it is to cut the wheel and listen to the sound. If it gets louder when you cut the wheel one way and almost goes away when you cut it the other way, there's a good chance its the wheel bearings.

i know its not the brakes cus its not a screaming, but now im sure its the dam wheel bearing. Thanks for confirming guys. I'm swapping the motor in two weeks (hopefully), think it can make it till then without falling off??
