wiring the stock harness to accomadate the f20a???

alright guys so i have an F20A dohc engine ready to put in but the only problem that stands in my way is the factory external coil on my engine now. the f20a is an internal coil distributor and the wires wont plug together right .... how do i rewire my stock wiring harness to make the f20a work ???? i need a diagram because im not to good electrically. please guys help me my car is down untill i get this stuff figured out

why not just switch it to external coil? then it should be plug and play
