    car over heated

i have a '90 accord and when i was driving around today the car started to over heat. i turned it off and checked under the hood and car but i didnt see any leaks. i turned off the A/C and it was doing ok.

someone told me it might be the thermoustat. anyone got any ideas other than that?

does it only overheat when the a/c is on? make sure both fans are on when the a/c is turned on, also make sure you have enough coolant and that the system is bled,
when was the last time the thermostat was replaced?

mine did this, but it was because of my radiator was blocked, so i just bought a new one

i might end up getting a new one. i dont know when the coolant system was bled. i need to do it within the next couple of days tho.

oh and one of the wires for the fan is kinda messed up b/c it ws loose and it was rubbing on the balancer belt for a while. so it looks kinda flickted. i would hook it back up but i dont want it to be any more messed up then it is.

this is the 1st time it has over heated so im not sure if it only happens when the A/C is on
