Long time to startup

Hey

Does anyone else have the problem that the car takes a little while to start up when u put the key in and try to start it up?It takes a few seconds for me.Ussually I just click the key to the second stop and let it stay there for a few seconds that I click it to the final one that starts the car.

Sounds like to me that u need a tune-up

Need a detailed description of what exactly happens when you try to start it up.

Does the starter motor crank strong? Are you getting spark & fuel? Etc.

Hmm. Check these:

Battery
Battery Connectors
Body ground
Spark plugs' spark

Amen to the tune up.
