    Egnition/electrical problem

    Hey yall

Im having a real hard time on my hand.I was doing a tune up on my car and I disconnected the battery to install spark plugs and such.Anyways when I was done with everything I connected the batter back. The alarm turned on(before it wasnt working).Since the controller I got doesnt work I cant turn it off only disconnect all the connection from the alarm box.

so the problem is..the engine wont start.I Put they key in and turn it but no egnition. What could it be?

does the alarm have some sort of kill switch of sorts? like the car wont start if the alarm isnt shut off right and proper? if so that could be it, otherwise, im not so sure, check your fuses.

The alarm itself doesnt have a kill switch. The box has no buttons or switches just plugs were the wires connect.I tryd taking out the fuse and some of those wires.when I disconnect all the wires the car wont start either. What could it be?Should i try taking it to the dealer?

If the car had no probs starting before and you disconnected the battery and this alarm popped on, etc....and now your having probs starting...it is probably associated with your alarm.

Who installed it? Sounds like someone other than yourself had it installed cuz you don't seem knowledgeable about it & don't have controller. I'd look into that more.
