    squeeky brake (pedal).

    tonight at burger king i noticed if i am i neautral and push in my brake the pedal squeeks.no squeeks on the outside of the car just the pedal itself?why is this?brakes work fine so is the pedal dry?does it have a place to grease?

    Mine does it too does yours do the same thing when you let up off it quick????? if so its normal do u feel anything strang as far as like braking performance any abnormalities?

      no nothing different in brake performance....yet.i thought this might be leading to failure or something?i does it when i push the brake in and out quick.its never done this before.but maybe it needs lube somewear?

        there is a retrun spring under there, get some silicone or some white lithium greese or something to help it.
        What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

        You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

          thanks guys,just wanted to make sure that this was not a sign that the brakes are going out.i will get grease for that return spring and pivot point.thanks.
